That patience truly is a virtue, we have proved once again. Our weeklong tours are our greatest pride, definitely but we have now added a new category to our family. Follow us on our day tours. From now on, you will be able to enjoy the beauties of our region with us for only a day.
Even though we’re sorry that you’re not able to spend more time with us, it will still be our pleasure to show you the hidden spots for your family trip. We have worked day and night in our shop and got the products ready for you. Consequently, let us present you our new day trips that can, may we add, really easy become multiday trips or weekend getaways.
Escape to Montenegro
Tara River whitewater rafting day trip, being self-explanatory more than anything is our trip that will take you from Dubrovnik to the mountains in the north of Montenegro where you will be able to enjoy the rapids of the Tara river canyon. Did you know that it is the deepest canyon in Europe? Second deepest in the world? Hold our hand, we’ll show you. The Kotor bay sea kayaking trip will take you first to the hilltop fortress above the old city of Kotor. For a warm up, we think. Back in the city, we will take our kayaks and start paddling towards the city of Perast where our lunch awaits. Furthermore, an optional visit to the Lady of Our Rock church is on the table, of course.
Last but not least, our most relaxing trip and possibly the future favorite is our Peljesac peninsula trip. With a short drive to the city of Mali Ston, we begin our day on a small fisherman’s boat, roaming around the oyster farms belonging to one of the last oyster farmers in the region. Fresh out of the water, with some lemon and olive oil, these world famous oysters will definitely help us work our appetite. We continue to the Ston city for our lunch and an optional visit to the city walls (second longest fortification in the world, after the Great Wall of China) and salt fields. On our way back to the old city of Dubrovnik, we are stopping to visit the famous Trsteno arboretum where trees and plants from all over the world have gathered around to form the oldest arboretum in the region.
We hope that you will like our baby tours and join us on one of them one day!
Until then, with love from Dubrovnik.
