The Southern Dalmatia: Sailing
Good to know
Our route begins in the port of Split and will take us around the Southern Dalmatia. On our way, we will be exploring the islands of Mljet, Korcula, Hvar, Vis and Solta. These are the highlights of our coastline in Southern Dalmatia.
Depending on your preference, you can either enjoy your lazy afternoons on our deck or you can do some exploration of the island(s). Meals on the boat, meals in the local restaurants, combined with a week of sailing through the beautiful turquoise waters of the Adriatic. Furthermore, we have doubled the number of skippers for your maximum level on fun and relaxing on the boat. And our group maximum is just 8 people, like on all of our trips.
Finally, our journey ends with the famous city of Dubrovnik, where we will get in touch with the culture. Or nightlife, you choose. And since we’re so flexible, we can also turn this whole thing around and start in the city of Dubrovnik and end in the magnificent Split. Your wish is our sailing route and when we say tailor made, we mean it – you are the cowriter of our story. Welcome to our sailing program, we’re glad to have you on board.
Split, day 1: airport transfers and free time in the city, 4pm welcome meeting in the marina, safety briefing on the boat, welcome dinner in the city, free time
Islands, days 2-7: as we will be exploring the Dalmatian coastline on our sail boat, we will explore the picturesque villages both through architecture and customs. You will be spending time in numerous hidden beaches and secluded coves where you can snorkel as much as you want. On each of our locations, you will be offered with additional activities for the day. Next, hiking on Mljet island, cycling on Hvar island, sea kayaking on the Elaphiti islands or to do some sightseeing on Korcula island. Prior to your trip, all of this can be arranged with your skippers. Wherever wanted, and possible, you will be given free time for exploration on your own in case you don’t want to go on guided tours. There are many churches, monasteries and architectural wonders for you to discover on your way.
Dubrovnik, day 8: Finally, our journey ends with the Pearl of the Adriatic, city of Dubrovnik where you will get a chance of exploring the Old City walls, Srd mountain and Lokrum island, depending on the rest of your stay while in Croatia, or you are being transferred to the airport for your departure flight
