Above all, Southern Dalmatia is a truly nomadic experience, in every possible way. Firstly, your journey begins in the city of Split – home of the UNESCO world heritage site, the Diocletian’s Palace. Our next day begins with a short drive to the Krka national park. And here the cascading waterfalls will leave us breathless, right before we go for a swim.
The further journey continues with our next location as we are hopping on our ferry in the morning – the Hvar island. After that, we are on our way back to the mainland and starting our drive to Dubrovnik. As a private city tour follows, our guide will show us all of the city’s secrets and historical moments that have shaped its soul.
Finally, Kotor, another UNESCO world heritage site in our Southern Dalmatia expedition. After our drive back to Dubrovnik, we are on our way for our dinner – the famous “peka” meal. This is a blend of vegetables and meat drizzled with olive oil, sprinkled with herbs. Finally, baked to perfection under a bell-like dome.
On our last day of the trip, we’ll go relaxing. In short, our lunch will be waiting for us in the city of Ston, world-famous for its fortifications, salt fields and oysters. With our farewell dinner in Dubrovnik, we are getting ourselves ready for the next morning. The time has come for departure and saying bye to Croatia until next time.

Day 1 - Split
Welcome to Croatia, how was your flight? Let us take you to Split and help you settle in. We will meet with you later for your private guided walking tour of Split and our welcome dinner. We’re happy to have you here with us.
Day 2 - Krka National Park
Our great expedition of Southern Dalmatia begins with a short drive up north. We will spend our day trekking in the Krka national park, exploring some of its most magnificent waterfalls. After lunch, we will be ready to explore the other part of the park. We hope you’re ready for some hidden gems of this national park. In the afternoon, we’re taking you back to the city and you will have some time for yourself.
Day 3 - Hvar Island
After breakfast, we will head down to the main port and catch our ferry for Hvar island. You will spend your next couple of days here, living the island life. As we arrive at the Hvar town, you will have some free time to roam around the streets and explore the hidden alleys of the town. We’ll meet again for lunch and decide if you want to keep relaxing in the afternoon or should we go for a hike.
Day 4 - Hvar Island
For today’s exploration of the island, you will be using two wheels. Join us on this cycling route from Hvar to Stari Grad and explore the small villages of the island. Our recommendation for the day is lunch in Stari Grad. As we return to Hvar town, another decision is waiting for you. Beach time or should we take you to the village of Jelsa for some wine tasting and dinner. You choose, we’ll make it happen.
Day 5 - Korčula Island
Today is your free day and you get to choose how you want to spend it. If you’re staying on Hvar island, your private guide will gladly take you around and show you some of the best beaches on the island. If you want to leave the island for a day, your guide is also ready for that. You will get your planned route for Korčula island and help with the logistics of the local ferry. As you return to Hvar island, your guide will wait for you at the docks and get you back to your accommodation.
Day 6 - Dubrovnik
Today is our last breakfast on an island. We’re ready to go back to the mainland and take you to our final destination for the day. Lunch will be served in the bay of Ston city, our perfect stop along the way to the Pearl. Welcome to Dubrovnik. In the afternoon, you will go on a guided walking tour with your private guide and sit down for dinner in a seafood restaurant.
Day 7 - Elaphiti Archipelago
Today we’re heading out to the mesmerizing islands of the Elaphiti archipelago. Our ferry ride will take you to Lopud island, from where we will begin paddling in our sea kayaks. Your day on the water will give you a fabulous view of the islands, beaches and hidden caves. We will make a short stop in the Green Cave for some swimming and snorkeling before a homemade meal in a local home. Paddling back to Lopud in the afternoon will get us back on time for the last ferry out. Welcome back to Dubrovnik, the rest of the evening is completely yours.
Day 8 - Kotor Bay
Time to secure a new stamp in your passport. Short coastal drive down south, across the border and we’re here. Welcome to Montenegro, friends. You will get acquainted with the old city of Kotor as we explore the cobblestone streets and compare the architecture with the old city of Dubrovnik. Before lunch, we will take you up for a hike to a hilltop fortress. In the afternoon, we return to Dubrovnik for another evening.
Day 9 - Pelješac Peninsula
And today, we’re back in the city of Ston. For another activity, however. We will pay a visit to an oyster farm and spend some quality time with an oyster farmer. You will learn everything about the life of an oyster before we clean and shuck them for you. Sprinkled with some lemon, along with homemade wine, served on a fisherman’s boat. That’s how great life can be. Lunch can be in either Ston or back in Dubrovnik, depending on how much time you would like to spend here. Upon our return to Dubrovnik, we will get you back to your accommodation and get everything ready for our farewell dinner.
Day 10 - Transit
And this is where we have to hug you and wave. Thank you for traveling with us and we hope to see you soon. Take care and safe travels.
